【島研動向】開展「香港沿岸社區研究──青衣街渡與擔杆山路船廠區」計劃（The Delta on the Move Foundation資助）
島嶼研究網絡（香港）喜獲The Delta on the Move (DotM) Foundation撥款，將於二〇二四年八月至二〇二五年四月間進行一項為期8個月的研究及分享的社區歷史及文化計劃——「香港沿岸社區研究──青衣街渡與擔杆山路船廠區」。 自1960年代青衣發展以來，北岸位於擔杆山路的船廠區一直是青衣島上的重要工業之一。是次研究將以船廠區及青衣街渡為研究對象，發挖出青衣-荃灣之間的關係網絡。亦會爬梳歷史檔案、老照片，與造船業相關人仕進行口述歷史訪問，使我們對青衣沿海社區有更完整的理解。 The Island Studies Network Hong Kong (ISNHK) is pleased to announce that it has received funding from The Delta on the Move (DotM) Foundation for an 8-month community history and culture project titled “A study of a coastal community in Hong Kong – Tsing Yi Kaito Ferry and Tam Kon Shan Shipyard Cluster”, which will take place from August 2024 to April…
