島嶼研究網絡（香港）旨為會員及大眾提供共享平台，鼓勵地區及跨地區的島嶼友好交換資訊及實作經驗。我們擁抱所有在島嶼發生的學術研究、社會創造、技術實驗和創意實踐等多種途徑的知識生產。立足香港，連結地域內外之友好，開闊島嶼研究新視野。
Island Studies Network (HK) will serve as a platform to enable knowledge and practice exchange among members and the public, both regionally and inter-regionally. We embrace all kinds of academic scrutiny, social innovation, technological experiment as well as creative praxis as a way of knowledge production about or via the island. By standing in Hong Kong, a place surrounded by water connecting to the world, the network will be a bridge for us all to link up with other interested parties, both regionally and inter-regionally, to open up a new horizon for island studies.

Online platform for knowledge exchange, including themed recommended reference lists for beginners, resources directory and a showcase of projects about the island in the region - 持續更新檔案庫：積累及分享開放資源
Activity archive: accumulation and sharing of open knowledge - 由會員或邀請嘉賓主理的每月活動，包括：讀書會、主題演講或工作坊等
Monthly meeting: book reading, thematic talk or workshop facilitated by members or invited guest - 每月電子會訊
Monthly e-newsletter - 季度島嶼導賞或船遊
Quarterly Guided tours or boat trips to islands - 建立與海外機構之聯繫
Networking with international bodies - 與專業及學術機構合作
